With a scientific, technical and research background, Kay has in recent years developed a keen interest in Geology, joining local groups, reading deeply on the subject, engaging in voluntary activities and field work, and taking every opportunity to learn from local geologists. She represents the Trust on Worcestershire’s Local Nature Partnership and plays a key role in commenting on and influencing local planning from an Earth Heritage perspective.
